Benphe European Database
The current database contains 243 academic programs focusing on non profit organizations
(working in local communities or at international level), philanthropy (including volunteering and civil society engagement).
In order to be included in the list, each program must have a concentration of at least
2 compulsory courses or modules in the framework of an undegraduate or graduate degree/certificate.
Elective courses will not be considered at this stage. Research centres and doctoral programs focusing
on the same topics are also included, even though they will not be considered for the benchmark study, which will be published by the end of 2008.
